**FEES:

There is an online service fee each payment transaction:

• E-checks will incur the online service fee of $1.00 for each transaction.
• Credit Card payments made via the website will incur the online service fee of $1.75, plus 3.00% of the total payment amount for each transaction.
• Credit card payments made via the automated phone system will incur the online service fee of $1.25, plus 3.00% of the total payment amount for each transaction.

These fees are charged by our online portal and credit card processing providers. They are not fees issued by the Town of Plattsburgh. The fees will appear separately on your payment method statement. 

PENALTY:

A 10% penalty will be applied for payments received after the due date

RELEVY

Unpaid charges as of October 31st will levy to the January 1st land tax bill.
